Robert McClure

Robert McClure, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Employee Assistance Professional, is a Human Resources Consultant for Sharp HealthCare, teaching mindfulness and compassion training to healthcare professionals. He was the manager of the Sharp Employee Assistance Program. His expertise includes employee assistance, brief counseling, critical incident management, consultation and training, teaching mindfulness and compassion skills in the workplace. His experience as a mental health professional has included positions with Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego, United Airlines, Pacific Bell (AT&T), United Behavioral Health, and Blue Cross of California/Anthem-WellPoint. Robert is a Certified Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT) teacher for Stanford University Center for Compassion, Altruism, Research and Education (CCARE), and a Certified Mindfulness Facilitator and Instructor for UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center.
