Decide to become aware of what makes you grounded, present, and productive.

This research-based mindful leadership program can help you:

  1. Discover how your behavior and thoughts support your work,

  2. Clarify what thinking or behavior may be holding you back,

  3. Develop your commitment to habits to improve your leadership,

  4. Understand how our emotions and context drives our decisions,

  5. Anchor your behavior in your values in order to make decisions based on your true intentions and clearest thinking.

How Does It Work?

  • Weekly individual phone calls or online meetings tailored to your schedule.

  • A different theme and exercise is introduced each week to help you clean the lens of how you see your world.

  • Sessions are 13 weeks in length and begin in January and August each year.

 Past Participant Quotes

What I learned through this mindful leadership session is that I have a tendency to get overwhelmed with detail or come up with big ideas but fail to fully follow-through. By slowing down and sitting with individual goals that are measured, I will be less likely to feel stressed, and more likely to hold myself accountable for their execution.
I gained a better understanding of what attributes within not only myself but also on my team that are necessary to succeed and to become one cohesive unit.
This mindful leadership session helped me realize I can push the organization to be more explicit and intentional about everything we do as opposed to just randomly taking on projects and collaborating on programs that are only distantly related to our mission.
